Things we always get asked when doing a commercial refurbishment project
Do you fully project manage?
We offer full project management for refurbishment projects. This includes estimating, planning, scheduling, trade coordination, supplier management, quality control, and compliance with building regulations from start to finish. We also have a full project delivery team which includes, Quantitiy Surveyor, Project manager, Site Manager and office team to guide and mange each project, all in line with our ISO 9001 accreditation.
Are you a full insured refurb contractor
We are a fully insured contractor and carry public/product liability insurance, employer’s liability insurance, Professional Imdemnity insurance, Contractors all risk insurance, Hired plant insurance and all required certifications and acreditations to meet local building and safety regulations.
Do you have an inhouse design team?
We believe great work comes from the right people. That’s why we specialise in the build, while collaborating with a select group of talented designers across the UK.

How do you minimise disruption during a refurb?
We follow strict site management procedures, including dust control, waste management, and safe working practices. Our team works efficiently to minimise disruption to guests, clients, general public and neighbours. On live sites where a project could be phased we work closely with the property management team on a daily basis to ensure noisey works are betwween certain times, access and egress are not throguh general busier areas and hoarding is in place to ensure safety at all times.
