The big apple, London style

The complete fit-out of Elaine’s transformed an empty shell into a 180-cover New York-inspired bar, restaurant and deli.

The works included full internal fit-out and reconfiguration, bespoke central bar and deli counter installations, commercial kitchen works, new flooring, bespoke joinery, feature glazing, decorative finishes, specialist lighting, sound and electrical installations, and extensive artwork and signage.

The project also incorporated atmospheric stage lighting and integrated feature lighting to create distinct dining and social spaces.

Delivered in collaboration with the design and specialist trade teams, the project was completed to a high standard, creating a distinctive hospitality venue in the heart of London’s theatre district.
