The refurbishment of The Cumberland’s VIP Room involved the transformation of an existing hotel space into a high-end, music-inspired lounge.
The works included strip-out and preparation, internal reconfiguration, new flooring and decorative finishes, bespoke walnut joinery, integrated lighting and MEP alterations, alongside specialist carpet wall finishes and upgraded FF&E.
Delivered within an operational hotel environment, the project required careful coordination, controlled access, protection of surrounding areas and thorough testing, commissioning and handover to achieve the finished space.
