• Fit out
• Doncaster
The fit-out of Highfield Coffee Social in Doncaster transformed ground-floor space within the Highfield Icon Building into a modern, welcoming coffee shop and social hub.
The works included internal fit-out and reconfiguration, new finishes, bespoke joinery, kitchen and catering facilities, specialist cold-room installation, and comprehensive mechanical and electrical services.
The MEP works included relocating existing air-conditioning units, installing additional heat-recovery units, upgrading ceiling grilles and providing a new kitchen canopy with integrated supply and extract. Bespoke internal graphics and finishes completed the contemporary customer-facing environment.
