Togel maintains a quality management system in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001 which is regularly reviewed for effectiveness and improvement opportunities. Specific quality objectives will be set as required and will continue to be formerly reviewed with an annual set date at Management review meetings to ensure its continued improvement. We are in the process of working towards ISO 14001 with stage 1 completed and final assessment taking place in December 2019. We will look to achieve ISO 45001 accreditation following award of ISO 14001.
Togel have established a business vision which defines the core values of the business and provides a framework for the setting of improvement objectives. These objectives are communicated to all employees and our supply chain.
Togel recognises that the performance of its employees is paramount to achieving quality and customer satisfaction and employees are actively encouraged to identify opportunities for improvement. The performance of our suppliers and sub-contractors is also important as they form a substantial part of our operations and we work closely with them to ensure that our expectations, and those of our clients, are met.
This Quality Policy is communicated to new employees as part of their induction training and to existing employees when updated. It is also available to other interested parties on request.
