A tailored project could be a refurbishment or a fit out project, but the level of support and help you need may vary. Tailored projects allow us to build a specific package around your projectexact needs and requirements.
Do you do design & build?
We offer design & build solutions, managing everything from concept and approvals to construction and handover. We can also work with client-appointed designers or consultants.
How do you ensure quality & safety?
We follow strict quality control procedures, use approved materials, and comply with local building codes and safety regulations. All works are supervised by experienced project managers and external H&S consultants.
Do you have an inhouse design team?
We believe great work comes from the right people. That’s why we specialise in the build, while collaborating with a select group of talented designers across the UK.
Can you work with a fixed budget?
Absolutely. We help clients optimise designs and material selections to stay within budget without compromising quality. Value engineering options are provided where required.
Will my business be disrupted during fit out?
We plan works carefully to minimise disruption. For occupied spaces, we can arrange phased works, night shifts, or weekend schedules where possible. Working with the property management team is key for a successful delivery with minimal disruption.
Do you offer post hand-over support?
Yes. We provide post-handover support during the defects liability period and remain available for future modifications.
