Things we always get asked when doing a hospitality project
Do you fully project manage?
We offer full project management for refurbishment projects. This includes estimating, planning, scheduling, trade coordination, supplier management, quality control, and compliance with building regulations from start to finish. We also have a full project delivery team which includes, Quantitiy Surveyor, Project manager, Site Manager and office team to guide and mange each project, all in line with our ISO 9001 accreditation.
Do you work in live environments?
This is something as a contractor we excel in. We work in many live environments with the customer experience and safety at the forefront of our project management team. Working with the property management team we know clear lines of communication and planning are key to delivering a successful project in a live environment.
Do you have an inhouse design team?
We believe great work comes from the right people. That’s why we specialise in the build, while collaborating with a select group of talented designers across the UK.
Will you stick to my budget?
We can manage cost and budget control with our in house quantity surveyor team working alongside project managers and on site foremen to ensure the project is running to budget.
What happens when the project is complete?
The aftercare is just as important as the project itself. After practical completion there will be a handover meeting to go through all controls in the property and complete the OM manual. we will complete a 12 month defect meeting to complete any required works thats have arisen in the past 12 months. Within in this time we are always a call away to discuss anything regarding the project.
