A Traditional pub, at the centre of the community. The instruction was that the design had to reflect the pubs heritage. The works included a full strip out, 1st and 2nd fix Mechanical & Electrical works, a full bespoke joinery package, plastering, full internal and external decorations, floor and wall tiling, flooring alterations to existing and new carpets and alterations to the beer garden.
