If you visit us during the COVID-19 pandemic we ask you to respect our visitor policy as follows:

ON ARRIVAL AT THE OFFICE

Face coverings must be worn at all times whilst moving around the premises

Report to our reception where you will be signed in by one of our team who will ask you the following questions.

• Are you suffering form any coronavirus symptoms, or have you had any symptoms in the last 7 days?
• Has anyone in your household had coronavirus symptoms within the last 14 days?
• Have you tested positive for coronavirus?

Your temperature will be taken on entering the office.

On entering the office please ensure you use the hand sanitiser provided.

During your visit maintain 2m distance between yourself and members of staff and avoid touching surfaces as you move around.

Toilet facilities will be available to you, please remember to wash your hands when you use these facilities and follow the instructions displayed in the washrooms.

At the end of your visit please ensure you are signed out by our team member you are visiting with, and before leaving the office use the hand sanitiser provided or wash your hands.

Our offices are cleaned regularly throughout the day.

Please DO NOT VISIT us if you have any of the following.

• Flu-like symptoms including fever
• A cough
• Difficulty breathing
• Tiredness or aches and pains
