The 2015 refurbishment of The Hoxton, Shoreditch involved a comprehensive upgrade of the 210-bedroom hotel, including all guest bedrooms, public areas, bar and food-and-beverage spaces.
The works included internal strip-out and reconfiguration, upgraded flooring, wall and ceiling finishes, lighting and electrical installations, bespoke joinery, furniture and bathroom improvements, alongside the creation of refreshed meeting and event spaces designed for flexible day-to-night use.
The refurbishment was delivered within a live hotel environment, requiring careful phasing and coordination to minimise disruption while maintaining hotel operations and room availability.
The completed scheme retained The Hoxton’s distinctive Shoreditch character while significantly upgrading the quality and functionality of the interiors.
