The refurbishment and rebuild of Marr Lodge followed extensive fire damage and involved a comprehensive reinstatement of the existing pub.
The works included structural repairs, roofing, M&E installations, internal strip-out and rebuilding, new flooring, bar and restaurant finishes, and upgraded hospitality facilities.
Specialist flooring works required extensive subfloor preparation following fire damage, before installing new LVT, carpet and safety flooring throughout.
The project transformed the building into a fully refurbished, modern pub and restaurant while restoring this much-loved local venue.
