The refurbishment of Bannatyne Health Club & Spa Ingleby Barwick involved upgrading the existing leisure facilities to provide a modern, high-quality environment for members.
The works included refurbishment of the gym, changing rooms and shower areas along with reception and all communal areas, updated finishes, improvements to lighting and building services.
Delivered within an operational health club, the project required careful phasing, coordination and protection of existing facilities to minimise disruption to members, with works completed to provide a refreshed and enhanced leisure environment.
