The fit-out of Brother Marcus Canary Wharf transformed a 2,861 sq ft ground-floor unit within the refurbished YY London building into a 174-cover Eastern Mediterranean restaurant.
The works included internal strip-out and reconfiguration, bespoke joinery, new flooring and decorative finishes, restaurant bar and kitchen installations, upgraded MEP services and specialist lighting.
The scheme also incorporated an extensive external terrace with an outdoor bar, 84 covers and a fully retractable roof, requiring coordination of external services, heating and associated installations. Bespoke furniture, including Carrara marble and stained ash tabletops, completed the interior and external hospitality spaces.
Delivered to a tight programme within a high-profile Canary Wharf setting, the project required close coordination between the design, construction and specialist trade teams through to completion and handover.
